Solution For Your Hormonal Imbalance | Yoga
During the course of life, a human body goes through the physical and emotional changes. It occurs during teenage or adolescence due to hormonal changes in one’s body. 4. Matsyasana or Fish Pose –

5. Malasana or Garland Pose –
As a result of PCOS, women are prone to bloating or indigestion and Malasana helps with the digestive system. The pose is also recommended for pregnant ladies, as they have to go through various range of hormonal changes.
